Lana Suran combines an acclaimed international career as a concert pianist with over a decade of teaching experience. Since 2025, she has taught piano and chamber music at Musikskolan Lilla Akademien in Stockholm, where she maintains a very small and select class, offering each student rare, individual mentorship shaped by her artistry on the world’s stages.

She has also taught at the Mannes Prep. Division in New York, the European School in Brussels, and at the American Conservatory of Music in Paris, and has served as a teaching assistant to several of her professors. Her teaching emphasizes both technical mastery and expressive freedom, inspiring young musicians to develop their own artistic voice.

Beyond her work in Stockholm, Lana is regularly invited to give masterclasses internationally, giving artistic insights with the next generation of pianists.
